I would have to say that Nora Roberts is my favorite author. I have read more of her books than i have any other.

Margaret Atwood writes the most interesting novels with a range of subjects, Ive loved almost all of her books, and I even wrote my disseration on The Handmaids Tale and The Robber Bride! They are brilliant. There are authors that I think are amazing and then i read a second book and im disappointed....... For consistency, id also say Khaled Husseini, ive read both his books and im looking forward to a third from him! And id like to read another book by markus zusak who was the author of the book thief.

Well now I am an adult I read many authors, too many to really pick a best one. When I was a child my favourite author was Enid Blyton because she wrote books that you could grow up with, Noddy for when you were young, then fairy stories, Naughty Amelia Jane then move up to sErcert seven and then Famous Five. She also wrote for boys and girls. Her books will always live on. The wishing chair stories where also one of my favourite. MY primary school teacher used to read those to us

i like Mario Puzo the most for his book "The Godfather". He has written the book in the 1960's(dont know exactly), he has written the book wonderfully. He shows us clearly how a normal person turns into a gangster for helping others. Many films have come based on this story, namely Nayagan in tamil, Sarkar in hindi and the entire book has been taken as film in three parts. it won many nobel prizes. i do like Rowling for her book Harry Potter. She has linked all the parts of her book wonderfully. the first book starts some where in the middle of the entire story and it continues to go in the both sides through all 7 parts of the book
