When buying a new product?

If you're going a buy a new thing which one do you prefer? 1. Buy a new product with shop warranty? 2. A second hand product with shop warranty? 3. Or it depends on the product or situation?

Firstly i am going to look product features. then prefer budget and look at warranty. somebody has brand loyal, they are blindly going to buy the products why because they barnd loyal customers.
