many people are well educated and intellegent and some are not well educated but well exprienced!..so for you what do you want from them!...

Sorry, not quite sure I understand the question, but I am intrigued. I believe you can be intelligent and still not well educated. And you can be well educated and still be ignorant. Experience only matters if you learn from it.

yeah...but i thinnk the best is the well experinced!..no matter how you are educatedif you didnt experienced your not a successfull..
