what quantity of alcohol will make you feel drunk?

For me I can just have a bottle of beer(750ml),that is enough to make me feel drunk.
i've heard people saying that they dont feel drunk even after consuming two bottles of beer.Is it true...if so how is that they are not feeling drunk? how this threshold varies with people?
