Let's create a new dish???

Let's create a new dish, something yummy as its raining fast here in England. Lets start with something savoury and if it goes well we could go on to a sweet dish. I'll start........ i have taken four very large potatoes, peeled them and have diced them..... ..... someone else's turn

Put them in a bowl and add some chopped up rosemary to the top of them and placed them in a microwave covered with a damp paper towel for 4 minutes

Remove them and place on a baking tray, have oven on hot....

don't forget to spray the pan with some nonstick cooking spray.... Thanks for BR!
