disturbed children -- broken wings?

.. due to different reasons and circumstances, many of us grew up in a broken homes.. .. just like me, only my different extended family cared and raised me and my brothers and sisters.. after years of struggle for self discovery each of us--my siblings experienced, we grow up with some scares but somehow we become good citizens of the world. now, history repeats itself, i have niece and nephews put in the same situation as me.. we try to help them balance their personality..especially their self identity and security. show them that they're not alone and their family loved them...as much as possible we try to fill in their needs where their own parents cannot provide.. so i think having a kid is not an easy task to do. what will they become is the reflections of the person who raised them. is it so wrong of me to hate the children's parents? what's happening to the world,? that some people doesn't think the consequences of their actions? do you think we should concern ourself to this kind of problems?.. what if this abandoned kids become criminals? a headache to the society? shouldn't we concern ourselves about this?... well i just want a better place to live in... ...peace to all earthlings!!
