Do we have a Soul, or Spirit?

Some say we do, others say we don't. So what's the answer? I have seen no evidence to prove either way, except maybe for this - when you are drunk. When I get drunk, albeit rarely, my body does not function the way I want it to. Common knowledge I know, but, despite medical information saying that our whole body, especially our brain, is 'under the influence' or 'intoxicated', why is it then that my thoughts are perfectly coherent and clear - as though imune to the alcohol? Are my thoughts my spirit?, or is there another explanantion?

I would say that I have a soul as of now being alive.. And my spirit exists when I am deceased. But every man born has an inner spirit that lives within them.

i want to know too i have had the same situation like you ,i know i am sober ,but i just do not control my body , i do not why ,maybe some professors could help us,heh and abn easy way to avoid this situation is not to drink too much ,we all know it is harmeful to our health ,we can live well without knowing why it is so harmeful
