I have read a lot of discussions on mylot that bothers on different types of food and delicacies, some wrote things on eggs but I came across something about eggs that I think will be of benefit to us here on mylot.It has often been said that eating too much eggs may not be so healthy but it has recently been proven that this may not be correct after all .it used to be thought that there was a link between eating cholesterol-rich foods such as eggs and an increase in blood cholesterol levels.
But now researchers have found that people who ate two eggs per day while on a calorie-restricted diet not only lost weight but also reduced their cholesterol levels. In case we have anyone here who will like to loose some weight I guess its time to go on a calorie restricted diet and eat at least two eggs a day.

That is also my perception before that eating eggs often is hazardous but my hubby told me it is a good cholesterol, I always promise to do some research about it but until now, I am not doing it! LOL!
