Replacing avtars

You are aware once you become a member at Mylot, you are allotted an avtar (man in green) and subsequently you replace it with your own avtar. Can you share after how many months you replaced it for the FIRST TIME? As for me, i replaced it four months after joining the site. How about you? Are you still not changed it? Why?

I do not know how to replace it. I want to replace with some thing else. Will you please tell me step by step and only then I can realize its importance. Can I replace it with the items available at my lot or I can replace it with some thing attractive from my own.Please comment and tell.

HI, i started to do mylotting after one month of my joining.
I changed the default avatar right before i posted my first post. i think every one should change this as soon as possible.

I put my own picture up the very first day the I joined here. I don't know why someone would wait, unless they didn't know how, and then, why not ask?
