Hi i am a chess player for long period.. but i often make silly mistakes and loose the game at end, where the majority of game time, i will have the advantage. i like to learn advanced techniques from chess experts. i had asked frankly. but they said no. very shame on those persons. at present, min chesscube, i had played more than 200 games and i am in the rating of 1410 points

That's quite good. I hope you can increase your rating in the next coming months, It is not impossible if you only follow the chess principles that you have studied. The basics are very important. I am not a GM but I played quality games before in tournament here. I have not played abroad but my caliber is high enough for a beginner. I learn chess only by basics and the application is by complication. The toughest players will survive in the toughest and wildest middlegame complications. I play chess...or at least try to ;D. I just keep on getting stuck at getting a good plan in place. I know about developing, avoiding gaps in your lines, controlling the center square...but when it gets time to attack, I can never seem to outwit my opponent.
Maybe I'm just witless ;D

Its good to know that you know how to play chess and you know some of the important elements in playing chess. What you're lacking is the "strategy" the proper strategy in middle game is very important and of course the "planning". You have to decide what your strategy is and you have to assess the position base on its advantage and your disadvantage so as to protect your space and territory in attacking as well as in defending your own camp.
