what would you do if your child stolen your car/parents

if your child stole your car parents how would you handle it when he been getting in touble for years,he been stealing,lying doing all sorts of thing any punsishment you give him he gets worse.

If my child ever behaved like this I would have 3 words for him. Thunderbird Youth Academy. Its a place for bad behaved children from ages 12-17. It's military based and 89% (or greater) of the time the children change dramatically, for the better! It teaches the children respect, for himself/herself and for others as well as discipline.
