will you be interested in operating the tv without remote

hi everyone.. i spend most of the time sitting infront of the computer.. but if i settle down to watch the television, then i need the remote.. without the remote, really am not interested to operate the television.. moreover for changing the channels we need to go near the tv.. and the another thing is that sitting near the tv is also not good for the eyes..
so share with me your opinion regarding the current topics

hi vinesh speaking frankly i am a very very lazy fellow and because of this reason i will never operate the tv without remote. if the remote is somewhere, then i wont be interested to watch tv also.. but when it comes to computer i feel much comfortable since everything is reachable and it is totally under over control

Why don't you just take the remote to the computer with you? I don't have that problem because my computer is right next to my tv and I usually just grab the remote and sit it next to me.

it doesnt bother me, i actually use the tv buttons quite frequently!

Before when remote was not in use, I didn't feel that to be difficult. But now after using the remote these days, I will definitely feel lazy to go and change the channel. Hehe. I will just sit comfortably in the sofa and will watch tv. That cannot be done if there is no remote. And more over the buttons these days are not so good as before. Getting repaired easily. Hehe. i spend most of the time in computer. i rarely see the tv. i watch while taking my lunch and dinner. its very hard to see a channel continously for 10 minutes, so i keep on changing them,if i dont have a remote then i will definitely quit watching television. it is very difficult to go to the tv and change the channel everytime

Hi vinesh,
I hardly get sometime to watch TV from my busy schedule of sticking to my laptop.. :-) But however whenever given a chance would not like to miss it for watching some news etc. But unfortunately recently our remote stopped working because of moisture and nowadays it is so annoying to get up everytime from your couch to change channels and volume manually using buttons. This is another reason why i have stopped watching television and spend time in myLotting..... ;-)
When we say 21st century is a technology age and then why do we need to stay away from technology and hassle ourself. Enjoy working on computer than manual operation on TV. Technology has really made people lazy............ :-(
