Are you afraid to tell your past?

I do sometimes afraid to tell my past especially when it comes to my past relationship but i really tried to overcome it. Because if you're hiding something it will still be revealed and its better to admit it whatever it may be bad or good. I always think of the consequences of it if i will still hide it.

I am not afraid to tell anything from my past, I just choose not too. It is not relevant to anything that goes on in my present. If I feel that something relates to something from my past, like something that is happening to another person then I might tell them of my experiences. Other than that it stays firmly in my head, for my thoughts only.

Yes, me too, always afraid of my past as I seem to see it as bad and dark, not really dark, it just not too colourful or happy. But, I began to accept it as my past has shape me the way I am today. If i cannot accept my past, who will then?
