There are some good ways and bad ways to learn foreign language, we agree with this, yes? Well, the best method is go to the country of which language you want to learn and live there a while, maybe more? It is also good to go to school there, well firstly to some school where you can met another foreign speakers, you know some multilanguage school - you'll get the basic and maybe a little bit more so you can go to school where most of students are nativ speakers, except that, you have to go shopping sometimes, you have to go to some office and ask for something, you have to go to the postoffice, speak with people, you have TV or radio what is very good to watch or listen if you want to learn foreign language. Well, if you want to live in another country you HAVE to learn the language and living there is just the perfect method to do that. Some people can also learn working, but if you can't speak the language it is difficult to get some job where you can talk to many people and learn and working at once. Well, you can of course learn foreign languages at home as well, TV at this moment is very INTERNATIONAL, internet is world wide, radio also, you can listen to different songs in different languages. The most important thing is to get the basics, right? Well, you can also go to some class in your own country but mostly you have to pay for that. Well you can also meet some people on internet, then chat a while then meet in real world and HELP each other. It is also a really good method. You can also buy some interactive course on CD's or some software for your PC for price hm maybe cheaper than going to some class(school in your country)and the PLUS of it, is that you learn it when you want to. Well this is a good investment, I think. Well you do it on your self but you get the basics(sometimes more), and when you get the basics you can do more. I just bought two I think best courses on CD. Pimsluer and Rosetta Stone - Spanish and French in REALLY promotion price(just €50, new cost more than €1000 so I got lucky) from my friend who learnt this languages from this CD's. Pimsleur is a audio course and Rosetta Stone in for your PC. If you are interesting in it, well I can share it with you - just give me a call. There is a lot of ways to learn new language, another one I have not mentioned is to watch movies with subtitles and listen to music with lyrics(you can print it and read or read on your PC)I know that some people do something like that. Everyday, they try to learn about 10 words, another day, learn 10 more and repeat the 10 from yesterday etc. This method has bad side and good side, it learn you how to write and read at most but it doesn't learn you how to speak and listen it well. Do you have some good technique, method? How do you learn foreign languages?

I have read this advice on a japanese language book i have.
use the language whenever it is possible regardless of whether it is perfectly delivered.
find a friend who knows the language and ask him to help you.
watch movies with sub titles if possible and try to hear patiently each sounds and try to recreate those sentences and repeat them a lot of times.
it is ok if you still have less vocabulary. use your creativity to find funny substitutes to the words you dont know yet.
find a friend who is also interested learning especially when you feel a little intimidated by a pro. at least with a co student you can be a little confident.
try to write a journal using the language. that will not only sharpen your skills but also others can't sneak on your private notes.

That's right, how more you use(try to use) the language you learning how better and faster you master it. To have friends who speaks other languages is great. This journal thing is a good idea, you know I make some kind dictionary on my pc(englis). I would like to write down every word I know already and every word I heard, try to find translation of this word, sometimes add some pictures to it. It's a little bit fun and it helps. Thank you for your respond.

In fact, there are no quick ways to learn a foreign language. Yes, if we have a chance, It seems of course the best way go to that country, even live there. But what if you daren't communicate with them? So, in my opinion, no matter where you are, you should just practise, practise and practise. Only in this way can master the language a little better and faster.

you right, there are no quick ways to learn a foreign language, it takes time, it depends how much do you want to do it. You know there are people everywhere so we have to communicate with them, there is no way to run away and you right again, practise, practise and practise :) Thanks for your respond.

If I learn a language I will choose Japanese because I play to much japanese games and watching anime or by reading manga. It is very hard to learn japanese because it is not your native language, if you use it everyday you will surely master like I use English in internet. I tried to learn it once or many times but it couldn't register down to my mind. But maybe if I live in japan it will help.

Better live in that place and be bold, even if you don't understand what they are talking about, just ask unless they lose patience. I think if I have a chance to live in a foreign country, I will be skilled in mastering that language earlier.

The best way to learn the language is go to the place of the language you want to learn and interact to the native speakers there. another is before you go there, make sure you know about their culture and you should know a little bit about their language. Always bring the translation dictionary and used their language more often.
