I think of heaven as perfection.. To me, if there is a deity.. that force and being must be Perfect.. and is greatly underestimated.. Because thinking ability was endowed.. well, that includes choice.. but as soon as one thinks or chooses anything differently than Perfection thinks and chooses, that one becomes imperfect.. and as Perfection is God/Life, than imperfection is the opposite - imperfection/non-life.. and thus do all things die and fall apart.. It's an unavoidable journey (and lesson) if there's to be the ability to think and choose that is.. Yet! the 'end' result can only be the best 'end' result possible! Else God/Life/the deity is not Perfect.. if not it too would fall apart.. and cease to be..

the most general conception about it is that heaven is located somewhere, and it is our goal in the future. heaven is our future. i rather think that heaven (if it really exists) is a state of mind. it is a state of our mind. it is not our future place. instead, it is our current, our present state. and we are the only controller of our own mind, our heaven. so, we created our own heaven or hell according to our state of mind. we decide to 'be in heaven' by always keep our mind clean and pure and always think of god, or 'be in hell' by doing the opposite things. thinking that heaven is our future can keep us from enjoying our present life, our 'now', from live our life to the fullest life. it's quite sad as the only life we have is the present life. we just need to live our 'now'. the past and the future is not ours actually. the past and the future have their own 'now'.

I do believe Heaven exits. According to the Vedic scriptures, there are heavenly planets, and hellish planets. The heavenly planets are populated by souls who have done good deeds during their human lives, and are being rewarded accordingly. The hellish planets..you guessed it...are populated by souls who have lived sinful lives, and are also being "rewarded" accordingly. They are both temporary situations. We are never "eternally" banned to hell. Or to heaven. There is a world far beyond these worlds that we are originally from. Even on this very planet we call earth..you can be witness to heavenly places, and hellish places. Sometimes we put ourselves in these places, and we can get out of these places if we want to badly enough, or we can stay. I also understand that even within our own selves, we can create a heavenly mentality, or a hellish mentality. We can attract heavenly situations by the way we act and think, or we can attract hellish situations by our actions and thoughts. If one is in "hell," if they remember who they truly are, and their connection to the Supreme Being, then one is in heaven. If one is in heaven, and they are ignorant of their true identity and of where they are from, then they are in hell. You may say that ignorance is bliss. But that is a very, very temporary bliss. The truth always catches up with us, sooner or later.

Many thanks for nicely responding and sharing your viewpoints and thoughts.I greatly appreciate the way you have painted your concept and philosophy about heaven and heavenly life, based on your understanding of the revelations of vedic scriptures.Let us strive to make this planet earth a real heaven,by discarding all hellish objects and entities. Let our motto be to create a heaven on earth through our self transformation, evolution and contribution. Have a nice day!!

Because in this materialistic life every body is involved in some of the activities to discharge some functions. In a slaughter house, the duty of the meat cutters is to cut peaces of the animal meat and get earning. For him this is the heaven. For a priest awakening the people towards religious things and it is heaven for him. In to days life we have so much comforts and we are living a comfortable life with all luxuries. At least for all these comforts people had done some work and in this process they had done some wrong things on the animals and other natural creations to make comforts for you. I think living a comfortable life remembering the almighty is heaven itself on the earth.

Many thanks for nicely responding and sharing your personal thoughts, concepts and perceptions. In a heaven, it is said,no one suffers from any kind of misery and distress; affluences and comforts prevail every where, for ever.In to-day's world,a small section of people are enjoying a life of luxury and abundance, while a great majority are suffering from poverty, starvation, stress and anxiety, diseases and ill health, insecurity and crises of different dimensions.I am not painting a gloomy view of life, but it is a hard reality. What are the possibilities and ways to free this world from being pushed to further crisis and to create a heaven on this planet, for all people and everywhere? Have a nice day!!
