What kind of exercise are you doing everyday? anyone?

Hello mylotters.. i wanna know what are the exercises your doing everyday and why? I know everyone here works-out everyday... so.. anything?

I know I should exercise but I have a hard time doing it. When I do exercise, I usually do the exercise bike. It's not that I don't have the time, I have plenty of time. I just can't seem to get my self motivated. So the exercise bike seems the quickest way for me.

I have never exercised and do not exercise now. I probably need to though. I weigh 121 pounds so I am not overweight. I do a lot of moving around with a 3 year old around the house. I used to walk years at the walking track.

i work out everyday by taking a 40 minute walk in the morning
and then i take a 20-30 minute walk before and after dinner.
I will usually do something in the afternoon too.
usually another walk lol.. I do a lot of walking everyday.
that is my main exercise but i also go for a jog a couple times a week
I jogged for 35 minutes this morning since it was raining and i couldn't go on my walk.. so instead i jogged around inside my house lol
and depending on the day of the week or how i feel.. i also lift weights and do yoga, sit ups and all that junk.

Walking. Just that. I do it going to work. Because from the bus stop to the building where I work, you have to walk going there. So that is what I do, 5 days a week. Though I can ride going there, I just walk because I have to save money.
