how do you celebrate your friends birthday ?

Hi mylot friends. when it comes to friend's birthday it's all about cake cutting and gifts. The question is how and where do you do it. For one of my friends birthday all our friends gathered together and went to a boating spot and there we made him cut the cake in the boat where we were surrounded by water. later we had a nice time in the beach and it was fun. I would like to know how you celebrate your friends birthday.

my friends and i all decided that from now on we would go out for a nice dinner for birthdays and christmas from now on, nearly all of us have everything in life so buying presents and such we found we were buying silly things, so now we just go out and buy our own dinner the birthday person gets to choose where..

My best friends birthday was kinda unique coz he adopt my idea that it should not a common place like beach or pools or resorts. I was thinking maybe camping at the mountains will do. He hesitates at first but when I get to contact some of our friends, they agree. And that was it, head out to the mountains and set up the tents, set the camp fire and then start the celebration. It's a memorable one coz for the first time, he had camping with no chaperon.
