Would you get into a fight with a customer even though you are right and you are provoke?

I wouldn't get into a fight with them. But most likely I would refuse to serve them.

I have been very close to fighting a customer. We argued back and forth quite a bit. I think the bottom line is fighting is not good. Practicing self control can be more rewarding than breaking someones nose. Although a good punch sure can make you feel better!!!! LOL
