How did you meet your significant other?

We met at work and it caused lots of problems! It's funny how full grown adults will act over things that really aren't any of their business to begin with...lol

My fiance and I are 21 now, and we met around the time we were 9 or 10. We met at a campground in Hannibal Missouri. Our families camped there through the summers. I camped there with my grandparents, he camped with his grandparents mainly, sometimes his mom and dad would camp down there as well. He was my first kiss, my first "love", my puppy love. We stayed real good friends up til a few months ago, watched eachother struggle through other relationships and hard HARD times. We got to talking again about what would have happened if we had been more than friends through jr high and highschool...would we have made the same mistakes, taken the same path...and we just ended up together...:)

oh, I met my "significant other" online.

I met my husband at work. We laugh about it now, because I was his boss's manager. He was a contract employee and the timing was good because we met right before his contract expired and he was about to leave to go to another job. We started dating shortly after he left, but of course, when people at my job found out they tried to make it into something negative. I'm no longer there (thank goodness) and we're very happily married.

My husband and I met in Middle School.... And it was just an off and on.. And NOW we're married!

we met through work :) We never really had much to do with each other at work, but we had the yearly conference that we went to and started talking, and then went out a few times, and then the rest is history lol

I met him when my friend told me about him and he as playing soccer, we just started chatting

My S.O. and I were members of the same national organization but had never met. And that organization eventually made an AOL chatroom, so memebers would hang out there. And that's how we met each other, in a chatroom. But it was many months later before we met in real life.
