You need to eat more vegetables preferably green vegetables. If you are doing exercises you need to eat carbohydrates but eat only those that are unprocessed like for example whole wheat and plain old fashioned oat meal. Eat carbohydrates only in breakfast. Do not eliminate fats on your diet because you will still need fats for your body to function well. 2 grams of fat a day is OK and make sure to get it from fish and vegetables, never from lard and pork, chicken, and beef fats. This is really effective because I have tried it myself and it made me lose weight. It would be much better if you divide your meals into 5 to 6 each day and each meal should be more on vegetables. eat at least 1 1/2 cups of vegetables for each meal and add protein like beans, or fish, or chicken (without the skin). If you are drinking milk never buy non-fat because it is still high in fat. Choose non-fat milk. When you exercises make sure to burn calories equal to what you eat in a day. Like for example if you have eaten 1800 calories you should burn 1800 calories or at least 1600. The best form of exercise to burn those flabs is cardio but it is also good to weight lift to strengthen your muscles and to have a good tone in your body. But do not overdo the cardio because it will burn your muscles which means that it will slow down your metabolism since muscle is responsible for our metabolism. 45 minutes to 1 hour of cardio a day is enough if you want to have a fast result on weight loss but if you just want to be healthy and maintain what you got then 30 minutes of cardio a day would be OK. I recommend Tae Bo by Billy Blanks. It is so effective that I have lose weight and inches off my waist 1 week after using the program. I got the video from youtube. I downloaded using real player. If you want to be motivated I urge you to watch videos from youtube about the inspiring stories of people who have pushed themselves to the limits just to achieve their slick and nice looking bodies. Good luck to you.

Sorry, I am a little sleepy typing this response to your discussion. I mean never buy low fat milk because it still has lots of fat in it. Choose non-fat milk. Yeah I know it doesn't taste great but think about the health benefits that you can get from drinking non-fat milk.

Do some moderate exercise , like walking for 30-45 minutes and remember the three golden rules of eating habits...
1. Breakfast like a King( eat as much as you can for breakfast , but avoid oily ones )
2. Share your lunch ( Just eat the regular suff that you take for lunch everyday , only reduce the amout to half )
3. Dinner like a Beggar ( Try to eat minimum for dinner , salads are preffered..)
I used to weigh 89 kg with height 5`7 , i followed the following diet if you can try it...
BREAKFAST- 3 eggwhites with multigrain bread and a glass of milk.
LUNCH- lunch was regular , home cooked food just reduced the quantity
DINNER- 2 carrots, 1 cucumber and 1 apple and any other fruit.
Ialso jogged for 30 minutes every morning.....and if felt hungry in between i used to eat a slice of any fruit
And if you cannot quit non veg , then atleast eat it once a week...but you have to increase your exercise , like run for an hour or join a gym that`s the best....
Remember- NO PAIN, NO GAIN

Hey just do exercise daily. Go for a walk daily. Then stop using oil foods. If you couldn't stop eating non-veg, atleast try to stop eating egg. It contains lot of fat. That yellow part. If not, reduce the amount you eat. Do it regularly for a month or 2 and you will see some change. You will have to do this regularly. Only then it will work. All the best.

Well, it's but obvious that you should not take fatty and oily stuffs and all that but i would like to refer some yoga's to you and they are the best way to loose weight as they have many other benefits besides the obviou one, loosing the weight.
http://fitnessfundaa.blogspot.com and look for Pachimottasana, sarvangasana, matsyasana, agni mudra, surya mudra the most important of all the Kapal Bhati pranayam...You will find there that at the same time while controlling your obesity, you can get many other benfits also.
