Dealing with jealousy

I know that jealously is the result of insecurity and that I have plenty of. I am not sure why though. I am a beautifull, intelligent woman and am with the man I love. I jsut find it so hard to believe that he really will be faithfull to me and love me the way that i love him. We have had a rocky past and I was the one that was unfaithfull first. But I changed. I now want more than anything to have security with him and to feel that he will be with me forever. It is sickening to feel so jealous. I have a ring on my finger and still feel threatened every time I think of him looking at other women or hear him talk about some"hot girl". Am I crazy?
