Internal alarm clock? / myLot

I don't have an internal alarm clock. I wake up when either my real alarm clock goes off or I've had enough sleep. Now, my dad wakes up at the same time everyday. It use to drive me crazy because he'd be up at 5:30 am every Saturday morning. What about you?

I almost always wake up about 5 minutes before my alarm clock goes off so I'm pretty sure I've got an internal clock.

Yeah, I'd say so. My daughter is like that too. Wish I was, it would save me from having to listen to that aggravating beep..beep...beep. LOL

We haven't had to use an alarm clock since my son was born. I use my internal alarm clock, definitely! Sometimes I wake up before my son. When he was younger, he used to wake me up.:)

My alarm clock is my little girl..she wakes me up every morning when she gets up so I don't have to worry. :)

I have one.I go to sleep around the same time and always get up the same, give or take a half hour.I've been like this since high school.I guess because both parents worked swing shift and I had to learn to get myself up and on the bus.

For some reason, I always automatically wake up at around 5 in the morning, weather I like it or not. It gets pretty annoying.
