How do myLotters keep fit with all the time being spent on myLot?

Am sure most of you guys in myLot spend a lot of time here doing postings. Sad to say I could only manage to do reading and some posting during office breaks and weekends. Reading the discussions and doing postings could really get you glued on your pc or laptop for several hours. Doing these, I get cramps on my lower back, making me uneasy and uncomfortable, not to mention the eye strain too. While I really don't have a regular schedule for exercises, I manage to do walking and sometimes play badminton with friends after work. So while I do myLot and get the cramps after all the reading and some posting, I can't help feel guilty not doing exercise like I used to. What about you guys? How do you keep fit (if you are) with all the time you spend on myLot?

I'm doing push-ups right now as i'm posting my response here Hehehehehehe. Well, it's just a matter of finding unconventional things to keep fit while gued to the pc. You could squat while typing. Or do sit-ups while thinking about what to post. Hehehehehe.

Hi there Patch my Pal! I only spend a couple of hours in Mylot each day, sometimes even less ever since I went back to school. I get a lot of exercise in school with going up and down the stairs, walking, and also, when I have the time, I use the treadmill and sometimes, I dance.

that's good to know nanayangel (what a nice cybername!). It really helps a lot to keep fit, with myLot on the side. Thanks for the response, and good luck in school!

I think i spend a lot of time online since i use this amenity for free. but, still i did not forget to keep myself fit you know as keeping fit is did not take too much time and cost. Firstly i will make sure that i will not overworking and always eat a balanced diet. I think everyone should eat regularly in the right quantity. I always work out early in the morning after i woke up from my sleep. It did not take much time as i always do it in 10 minutes only. Also i always play football with my friends. Playing football surely can keep you fit in a fun way. =)

I work for an hour at a time then I get up and clean a room ,walk around the garden or run up and down stairs a few time to get my heart pumping, I dont't want a dvt or repetative strain injury either.I must admit to spending alot of time on here it is not very often I have a day off, as it is the only way I can earn a few extra quid to help my husband out,but thats the way it is these days,I am unable to work at a proper job because of my health cannot take any stress so this suits me fine as long as I get out a couple of days a week for a long walk I don't mind at all,it is this time of the year you have to be careful,it is easy once you do the housework and such like to sit in front of the tv and go to sleep so this keeps my brain going, and keeps my awake,If I want a walk I ring up my mate and we toddle off and get some air, butlike I say when it is cold and wet it does make you lazy, in the summer I work on the garden and thats massive and can take two days at least to get it tidy.
