Novelphone is a novel written using cellphone. Normally the reader also read the novel using cellphone. However some of the novelphone were published in normal printing novel after it got so popular online. On the other side, some printing novel book also were converted to e-book and may be read using cellphone. Then novel read using cellphone cannot be categories as novelphone, unless it was written using cellphone.
Another characteristic of novelphone is, the sentence is short and the story is pack. Novelphone very popular in Japan and later Korea and China.
Do you think novelphone will be popular in the west?.

The Novelphone has made a big play in Japan, offering novels in textform on cell phones. As for it becoming popular in the West, it could, as people have cell phones, but I think the ones in Japan tend to have stronger connections, so I am not sure if the novelphone will work. People text message each other in the United States, so it may, but the very short sentences may make the novelphone not as popular.

Thanks Transformed for the answer.
It's very true Novelphone is very popular in Japan, especially for the youngters. It become popular to in Korea and China. As we can see, Japan, Korea & China using "chinese character" which one symbol may present a few words. Maybe the nature of language and character make NOvelphone so popular there. I think Novelphone will become more popular in Europe compared to US.
