About week ago after washing my hair I found dosens of hair in bathtube. I found even more on my towel after drying my hair. And then on my brush. The same situation happend when I washed my hair next time. And today I also throw away handful of my hair after washing... I have no idea why does it happend. I take good care of my hair, I didn't dey it lately. I'm not trying to loose weight, I eat healthy.
Did something like that happend to you? Do you know any good methods to stop it? Anything - pills, conditioners, home methods...
By the way I'm 20 years old girl.

There are several reasons your hair could start to fall out. The most common is hormone imbalance. Sometimes that's caused by thyroid problems but other times by adrenal gland insufficiency. Other times, our bodies just get out of whack and will soon balance themselves again.
Overwashing your hair, using harsh shampoo or brushing too much will cause it, too.
If you keep losing hair over a period of time, go to the doctor to make sure it isn't serious. Nisim (http://www.nisim.com) makes an herbal shampoo that help. I can vouch for that, because I had hair loss that it stopped.

Get a blood test to check your thyroid. If it isn't working the way it should the hair does start to fall out. Age doesn't matter either.

I had the same problem (I am also a 20 year old girl) and I mentioned it to my chiropractor and she said I was washing my hair too often. Washing your hair actually strips it of its natural oils which can cause damage which builds up until your hair just starts falling apart. I started washing my hair every other day and have already seen a big difference (it has only been a week). I am now only losing a few hairs here and there. Hope this helps, good luck!
