chocolates are good source of energy. on a travel time, they are the best. small packets and huge energy quotient. also, they build relations and spread love. i read also that brown chocolates are good for the heart, probably in times of india. last but not the least, they are considered as aphrodisiacs also.... bye and take care.

yea.. the summary of article i read said that chocolate, if added to a healthy diet, provided antioxidants and increases good HDL (High Density lipoprotein) cholesterol. One antioxidant benefit was to impede the harmful, atherosclerosis accelerating oxidation of LDL (Low Density Lipoprotein, the bad cholesterol.)

Chocolate is improbably useful for heart. And recently scientistsproved that this sweet delicacy also can relieve you of caugh.
Experts managed to establish that chocolate contains substances theobromines, which possess anti-cough effect. And these properties are expressed in this dessert even more, than in anti-caugh medical products.
Such conclutions were made by scientists as a result of a research carried out with participation of several volunteers.
A part of group took classical preparations against caugh, including codein, and others were treated by a seet medicine. Chocolate appeared more efficient than condain. Thus it does not cause by-effects, like a medical preperation.
