File Downloads off the internet Should it be legal

do you use sittes like kazaa bearshare grokster IRC etc to download music tv movies xxx games apps and more? if so or even if you don't do you think it is moraly wrong? do you think it should be legal? let me know...i know of places to already get GARENTEED Corect true copy's of flushed away and santa clause 3 and all the top movies, unreleased music, and tv within 30min after it ends on tv, stright to your pc but i don't..im kinda wreay about it...whats your input?

not it is not legal 90% of the sites lilsted above are completly ILLEGAL napster is the only one i mentioned that is now legal and it only does music......the others do multiaple kinda of files and are ILLEGAL....do you think this should be or should it get Legalized?

It is not a question of morals. It is an ethics question. If you are the creator of say a song, and you get paid royalties, then everytime someone takes and copies your song without paying for it, they are stealing from you.
Morals are between you and your belief system (your God if you like) Ethics is the social issue, between people.

thank you for your response but yet still noone is answering the main question...Should this be legal or illegal should they find a way to allow ppl to do this but make us pay for it or should it just stop all together...?
