How to reach up to 100 push ups in one setting?

I have been exercising my arms so that I won't have a hard time in carrying 10 reams of bond paper to different offices for my part-time job. So I started doing five push ups in one setting and incrementing the number of push ups everyday. So that I won't strain my arms so much. As of now, I have reached 21 push ups(only 79 days to go before 100 push ups). You might wanna try this.

Hi avelnrm i m new mylot user here. Nice to meet you.For only 21 push up in one setting i suggest you change jobs lol. Even normal people in my country can do 30 push up at least but only one setting. You have to understand sometime training hard is no use you got to have good mental to push you even more good. Getting yourself to 100 push up in one setting in 79 days is not possible.Each day try to push as many as you can get the highest limit for the count dont give up just because a little tired. Try make a goal for yourself each day for example today i have 20 push up tomorrow i must break the record with 25 push up like that you will know your ability have increase or not.Make sure your push up skill is correct too so you don't train wrong muscle. From my experience, doing push up can only train some part of the muscle in our arm and our chest. Maybe you can consider to buy dump bell and further your training of your arms just push up maybe its not enough. Hope this can help you. Have a nice day
