Not a lot of movies scare me but Pet Semetary freaked me out a bit. I had a hard time letting my cat get near me when I went home from the movies. The Halloween movies get me as well. Michael Myers just creeps me out. It's the way he moves and sneaks in and out of shots. Just hearing the theme song makes me shudder.
Another good one is Scream. It doesn't freak me out like the other two but it's a great movie.

I really don't like horror as a genre, but there are a few that I've seen over the years. I liked "The Birds" and "Vertigo" - classic Hitchcock and to this day I hate to see a cloud of birds flying overhead. My husband says the the best one he's ever seen is Alien. In his opinion it has it all - the startle factor that makes you jump in your seat and the suspence of really not knowing what is going to happen next. (And it has Sigorney Weaver!)

That is a hard question for me to answer. I love horror movies! I guess the one that really scared me the most is The Shining. I read the book it is pretty creepy too.

I really like any Rob Zombie movies, especially his version of Halloween. And the classic Nightmare on Elm Street, those were always great.

The most horrifying movie that I have seen was the Ring, Japanese version. It had an impact on me so much that I have not slept for about 3 days or so. Sadako was really the scariest being I ever watched. I wonder if the actress who played that role affected her life because it affected mine. Now I rarely see horror movies because of that movie.

I really really liked the descent. It's pretty recent, so I'm not sure it would qualify as most people just list classics, but it is pretty freaky and a great plot. I have read many reviews that agree that this is one of the better horror movies to come out in the last 5-10 years.
