I am FAR nice on mylot than I am in real life! I am not sure exactly why? There are some friends I have on here though that do share a similar type of humour to me and occasionally we give each other a hard time! lol. I enjoy it a lot when this happens. There are so many times I have thought something sarcastic but have typed the complete opposite because sarcasm from people you don't know tends to be taken the wrong way!

James you have just said exactly what i was thinking, its ok between friends because both parties know its all in good humour, whereas people you dont know may take offence even if offence isn't intended, i actually prefer the term 'dry sense of humour' to sarcasm but some people dont see the difference between the 2

I don't ever answer sarcastically to someone else's discussion . If I am going to take the time to anwer it , I don't figure I need to be rude about it . If I don't agree with them ,that is because I have had different experiences , and differnt beliefs but that doesn't mean I am right and they are wrong or that they are right and I am wrong , it just means we have a difference of opinion .
I can't figure out why someone would take the time to answer a discussion if the person was to be sarcastic or rude to the person they are responding , why waste the time ?
No two people are going to have the same experiences in life so no two people are going to share the same opinion about every topic but that is what makes MyLot so interesting , to be able to share your thoughts and feelings with others from your point of view and you never know you could look at things in a completely different light after discussing a topic and finding out how others feel and what they bring up might change how you once viewed a topic because of different points that are brought up that you may never have thought about yourself before :)
