Do you like washing the dishes?

I wash up the dishes only if I have to and nobody tells me to do it. I don't like it, but I don't hate. I just don't mind doing it.

No, frankly I do hate it. I always, every day have to do the dishes, and I wish my son could learn to put the dishes in the kitchen instead of al over the partment. I have considered a dishwashing mashine, however, my budget is to tight. I love coming home from work seeing the kitchen clean from dishes, but that is unfortunately rair. I wish........hm...my son could make them sometimes. But that only happen when he want some money from me....or if I am really mad at him for some reason. I guess, there are many of us do not like to make the dishes.

you know i think i dish washer is pointless you have to practually wash thembefor you put them in so what is the point just take a few more min and wash them all the way as for do i like doing dishes lrts say i would choose them over laundry anyday

When i was young, im kinda lazy of doing that chores.Heheeh :D- true)... It's boring sometimes....But i developed a technique in easing out the boredom and the laziness...what i did was, i accompanied it with a song....it really works....TRY IT OUT!

Yes i prefer washing them by hand as opposed to a dishwasher.I have never owned a dishwasher but i've used them and i find them pointless and for extremely lazy people. I stayed with my sister a few years back over the Christmas holiday. While she was at work i decided to clean and do dished. She had a dishwasher in her apartment and i had never used one before. She had shown me how to put the dish detergent in and that's it. So i just put all the dishes in let it run it's cycle. I, not knowing how dishwashers operate, did not pre rinse or clean the dishes.. i just put em in and pushed a button. The dishes came out bad and i thought to myself...so i have to clean them before i put them in? what is the point. I'm better off just doing them myself is i already have to pre clean them so the dishwasher will even clean the properly.

Just like you, it could be fun, especially if there's no other human being to do it. In fact, it's a chore that should be done at least 3 times a day. We're fortunate now because we have household helps to do it for us. But in theecause past, also do the chore, although I try myself to love it, instead of hate it. I admire you because you don't begrduge doing it, but instead, enjoys it. That's really wonderful of you.

Yeah, actually i do like washing ^_^ hehe =D MAybe it's due to my work in the past in the F&B line, that i started to like washing.. I always like to make my sink full of dirty plates and dishes, and washing them all up in one shot, and slowly i will clear one by one till when it's finally done, i will feel sense of accomplishment ^_^ But i will still limit myself to juts 30mins to clear up the mess, and i like the feeling of making my station clean.. haha =D But that's for at work.. As for home, i will also do the washing for my family, and in order to do so, i have to make sure that i'm the last to eat so that i can clear up everything, as it's our family's habit to finish eating and just leave our dishes in the sink, and my mom will be the one to wash.. haha.. But now it's different, i'm the one doing the dishes.. hehe

I dont like to wash dishes in cold season otherwise its ok with me. Presently I have a maid and she will do that job because I am working so whenever she is on leave I will do it my self. some times if I am too busy with my work and my husband is free means he will help me out.

i hate washing the dishes. i can totally live with all the other chores but not this one. and it really sucks to hear from parents that this one's really for girls. well, im a girl but its not for me :)

i have a dish washer but i still wash dishes i hate to start dishwasher with a few dishes.

I am always in charge of washing the dishes after using the cooking utensils and after meals. I am used to it. For me, it's ideal to wash dishes because I would stand up for a few minutes right after meals especially when I'm full from eating. My hands never get dull or dry from washing dishes. I love the feeling of the soapy water and foam in my hands. My friends complimented me for having soft hands that I got from washing dishes!

hmm not really. by the time i'm doing eating and stuff i usually will feel quite lazy to do the dishes. but oh well, gotta do it anyhow

I prefer to wash the dishes too. I don't really like drying though so I make sure that I use the hottest water to rinse the dishes so they dry spotless. I like to know that they are cleaned in and out and all over as I am a clean and germ freak. I hate smudges, and anything else still being stuck on a dish. My husband can't get over how clean I get the dishes and also how shiny my sinks are. I polish my sinks so they are always shiny. I don't like any bacteria or anything else that doesn't look too clean. It must be spotfree and streakfree!!

i like washing dishes specially plates hahahaa... soapy foam of bubbles.. :D makes my hand dry after hehehe
