Got "some" problems with Gomez Peer

SO i found out about this program and decided to download it, first of all like sounds to happen to a lot of people i try to open it and get the following message: "failed to contact gomez PEER (2)" - oh well- , i said. Deleted it, then when i go to the folder where i instaled it (luckyli i didnt install it in the default foulder) i find that all the files inside the folders inside there were not there! And they were not also in the recycle bin, they were all gone with all the info files, everything.
People seems to be making money with it, but these problems are too much to me, i lost alot of importan things. so What do you think? Have you tryed it? What should i do?

I am also running GomezPeer in my PC and its earning me quite well. It took me about a month to get my status active - a very long wait but worth it!
It also happens to me sometimes that the message "Failed to contact gomez PEER (2)" appears on a pop-up window when I'm opening the gomez PEER client. I just wait and leave the client open. I think it's still looking for the gomez server... and after a while its OK and I'm connected.
You lost important files when you deleted the gomez PEER program? Is that what your trying to say? Or the gomez PEER files in its folder is are gone? (Of course, you deleted the PEER, didn't you?)
If you still want to try it, re-install the PEER.

I think i will want to try, but in a long long time, for now i will try other ways to make money, anyways people seem to be making good money with it, and since my computer is on almost all the day it would be kinda good for me.

Good for you. Take note my account was made active after more than 3 weeks. Just be patient and run gomez peer in you PC's background.
I don't have any problems with it. They have also an update of releasing a new version of the peer client next week, September 10, 2008. I'm excited of what it will look like.
