I want to joint stockphoto or microstock. The minimum resolution size accepted is 5MP.
Since I just want to spend only $300 on the basic camera, anybody can recommend any digital camera meet the specification?.

DSLRs are highly recommended for stock photography. While you can shoot stock with a point and shoot, you'll have a much lower rejection rate with a DSLR. You might be able to find a used DSLR for under $300. Check Craigslist, eBay and the used sections on websites like Adorama.com and BHPhotoVideo.com. You can also stop by your local camera shop and see what they have in stock!
If you do want to go with a point and shoot, I just bought a Sony Cybershot T70 for around $250. It's a fantastic camera- 8 megapixels! The image quality is amazing for a point and shoot! I am very pleased with this camera! Plus the camera has a touch screen! There aren't any buttons on the back of the camera! All the setting and menus are done with the touch screen! It's fun to use and easy to navigate! Plus, it has some fun creative filters you can play around with. I've owned a lot of point and shoot digital cameras, but this is by far the best one I've ever owned!

I would suggest the Canon Powershot A600 Series. A very good camera with both Auto and manual controls. The pictures are very god and you can get a 7or 8 MP for under $300.00. Don't plan to sell too many photos as it is highly competitive and many are sellign 12 and 14 MP photos - much clearer and better resolution.
