Does anyone know how to add an html to your profile?

I'm trying to add clickible banners to my profile like I've seen on others. I first added a sortie then I pasted in an html. Then clicked save. It won't save it. Is that the copy and paste that everyone is talking about when you hit 500? Is that why I can't do it? Maybe I need 500 pts? I think I may have answered my own question LOL

I had this same problem and what I had to do is re-write the html because for some reason, some html codes didn't stick. You'll notice that there are several codes you can copy and paste so I would try copying and pasting them all first then try re-writing them out.

I have way more than 500 and can't do it either! I have PMed mylot and hope for an answer soon. I want to put a music player in my profile like some of my friends have and just can't get it to work. I can copy and paste it there, but when I hit save changes, it disappears. Poof, gone! When I get an answer, I will let you know.

I have found that to get the html code to "take" I have to hit enter after I paste the code. That usually does it. If not, I place my cursor in the box, hit enter, paste the code and hit enter again.

You want to use html code where the html tags are supports you cannot post html tags in plane text boxes and other places.

u can search some html code-teaching websites. i just learn from them how to put a html on my profile.

I was having some issue with my banners not saving. I just had to keep trying them. But the copy and paste worked fine for me. I just used the html sortie that was already on my profile, instead of creating a new one. Then you edit it, paste your code, and hit edit again to save it. Seemed to work okay for me.
