I see it occasionally in our house just recently, but this time I decide to take a picture of it to see if any of you guys know what it is. I do have more photos of it, but I am leaving soon... so I'll upload more pictures of it later. It kind of looks like a worm, with a hard shell on it's back. It usually sticks on walls... and I don't have the guts to touch it.

Looks like a garden slug or snail to me. I used to have them in my garden. They are harmless but like to munch on your plants!

O' that's a slug. We used to get them in our garage in our older house. Salt does disolve the little suckers...but beware it's almost too cruel to watch. I always heard that's how you can kill them, and I got the guts up to do it one day and pretty much regretted it the instant it started happening. I swear the slug looked up at me with his eyes. Creepy indeed.

I have no idea what that is. From your description perhaps it's a variety of a snail? Leeches as far as I know don't have a shell nor are they found in dwellings.
