I like to own a coconut estate. Coconut plants grow in the country I live in. You do not have to daily manage your workers like in other crops such as paddy,tea,rubber etc. You only have to put fertilizer once a year and the harvest is plucked once in 45 days or so. These plants grow if they have the right conditions without much personal attention. For instance proper soil content,adequate rain and sunshine is enough for them to grow. If it is small estate you can manage it individually without much trouble. In your countries there may be similar crops. I like to educate myself about such crops. Your Comments...
