In what ways are you feeling the economic crisis?

We are living in hard times. Here in the philippines prices of basic commodities continue rising. Aside from that electricity and water bills will also go up. In what ways are you feeling the economic crisis? How do you cope? do you have any tips on saving energy or any general tips to help cope with financial difficulties?

Hi ganda,
Inflation is on rise and we all are facing difficulties. Right from food items to taxi fares everything has increased. The only thing which i find positive is there are ways to make money. Earliar people use to say that dont spend much if u cant afford it. Now in India we say earn more to spend more. SO thats the differance.
Iam not some one who spends a lot of money anyway. I feel that there should be more than 2 sources of money. If one is struck there should be some supply form the other end.

You're absolutely right. You cant rely on just your regular job to survive. You have to have alternatives and if you're not willing to work hard enough, you'll definitely end up starving. I appreciate the response and I hope you have a nice day.
