People call Naruse Ryo an angelic-lawyer. He's a deffender of those who were unfairly acused of commiting a crime. However, there's something more. What Naruse-san really wants is a revenge. Revenge on a man who killed his brother 11 years ago, but was never sentenced because of his father's conections. The truth were covered by lies and people who made it happen must pay the price for it. Serizawa Naoto, who killed Ryo's brother and should be in jail has become a detective (ironically). Now he'll see that the past didn't forget about him. Somebody named Mokoto Amano starts to send Serizawa a tarot cards. And people close to him, too. His friend, his lawyer, his family. Every card has another one that match it. The person who recive the second tarot card will die, unless Serizawa stop it form happening...
This is a great suspence, thriller drama filled with emotions. Plus two leads are played by Arashi leader Ohno Satoshi and myfavourite Ikuta Toma, who will need to overcome several serious break downs this time;_;

hi pompon!
i just started watching this drama and i really find this a little creepy because of Naruse-san! this is the first time i've seen him act. i only know him as a member of Arashi, as a singer. and the role really fits him. i mean, he looks matured and his role complements it. Naruse-san is just so weird and eeevil-looking!^__^;; i can't help but think that his smiles are all fake and that he is always thinking of something bad. poor Serizawa. and oh, this is a very different role for Toma-chan. he is good in comedy and drama. i think he did fine in Maou. but there was too much of shouting and all.^__^;;
anyway, i like the suspense a lot and i just can't wait until Serizawa finds out that Amano is really Naruse (he is right??). but i think at the back of Serizawa's mind, he kinda suspects Naruse about his true character. i think his instincts are telling him that Naruse is up to something bad. i wonder how many would die first before Serizawa finds out the truth.

yeah. Toma really did a lot of screaming, shouting and running. (do you ever notice that in almost every Japanese drama, one character would be running?) i didn't really like it. i'm glad it would be different in the succeeding episodes. i see. so Shiori is really the love interest for Naruse and not for Serizawa. Serizawa doesn't have any love interest here?

Well, I guess there supposed to be a love triangle between him, Naruse and Shiori but I don't think than Serizawa have a time think how doeas he really feal about any girl in ths series ._.' There were lke 2 or 3 scenes that showed his interest in Shiori...

I followed this drama eagerly last summer 2008 Japan :) I was curioused on how the quiet and almost aloof Arashi leader will act an ansgty and vengeful character. The story, the actors and even the theme song is great! It's Ohno's first drama, yet he acted so well! This is definitely my favorite 2008 drama (sorry, Rnk :D)
