what do you do when you disagree with you leader?

i told to my direct leader i disagree with her and why,and she always have her opposite reason even through she has no reasonable mind.and she will unhappy with my disagreement.how should i do?only lisening her did not saying anything?

you leader is a typical controller...one who won't listen honest feedbacks..i suggest that you can keep quiet about it or bring this up to people of higher authorities..like teachers if you are a student..

By god grace, most of the time m the leader of my group/team, so i dnt need to say anything to the leader(as the leader is me).
But when i work under some one...i always dare to say when ever i find that the leader is wrong..or when i dnt satisfied with the leaders view.
