How do people get these many referrals????

yesterday i was browsing forum at cashloopholes.There i found an post about how many referrals they have.I spotted about 9-11 people with more than 100 referrals , and they didnt buy them!! How they do that,i am struggling to get visitors.I started a blog with my referral links, but it doesn't get any traffic!! Whats your strategy?

Perhaps, patience. A blog is a nice way to get some referrals. You should consider creating your own lens too. Another option is by posting to several forums like myLot, though you need much time and effort. Good luck!
