I've heard hurricane Hannah affects the cities such as Charlotte NC, Orlando FL, Savannah GA, etc! After typhoon Gustav, here comes another calamity and this one I think is the worst one! What do you thibk about it?

I think that if you live in the part of the country you should invest in a hurricane proof home and have it raised above flood levels. I also think if you do that the government should give you 5 years of tax breaks.
I also think the the Federal Government should comendeer New Orleans as a national park and take all the historic artifacts and buildings and keep them as entact as possilbe and move them north and reconstrct the city and put the artifacts in a mueseme. That way the history and way of life can continue without the interferance of hurricanes.
