why did usher marry that old lady with all of those kids?

usher so young and dumb married his fashion expert when she had about 4 kids already
and he gave her a baby what went wrong

I don't know what happened with that one, I thought for sure he would've married Chilli from TLC. But I guess he fell in love with who he thought would make him happy. But it makes you wonder though, now that he is having kids left and right, could Chilli have any children, and is that why they did not make it?
