In a move showing the same general lack of respect for the US flag that the democrats regularly show for America, they actually threw thousands of US flags into the trash.
I believe that anyone who does not respect the flag also disrespects the country and the soldiers who died protecting that flag.
All is not lost however, as McCain found out and was more than happy to use those flags himself.
This shows what the democrats think of us and America, and also highlights the difference between McCain and Obama.
McCain is a patriot and has proven it, Obama is not.

I don't know what your policy is towards your flag in Germany, nor do I much care.
Here we have very explicit rules for the care treatment and disposal of the flag, and throwing it in the trash is as disrespectful as you can get.
If the democrats consider the flag to be so much trash, then that is how they also feel about the country that the flag represents.
There are still a lot of people in America who are offended by such disrespect.

I just forwarded that link to several of my friends. I think that those American Flags could have been reused. To just throw them out is a shame. Each person there could have taken a Flag home. I see no reason that they had to be thrown in the trash! It Really is a shame!
Could have even wrapped them all up and saved it for future campaigns. They did not have to throw them away. The American Flag stands for so much!

The democrats are now an organization unto themselves that merely happens to be in the USA. I wonder how long before they go international with candidates and members in other countries? Don't laugh, that's where the current trend is going.
