the problem with ebay is they charge you whether you sell it or not. but then i was looking at amazon this morn and it said if you sell they charge you 15 percent. that seemed a lot.

I too have a lot of things in my room that i dont need anymore. So what i did was become a seller in ebay. That was last year and i have earned a considerable amount of money already selling my old and unused stuff. First, set a reasonable price for item you're going to sell because buyers would want something cheap but nice. Second, take pictures of your item and be descriptive as possible. Third, be approachable and entertain questions as much as possible.

Im not really sure what to tell you... i have only sold on Ebay and they are reasonable... but if you want to sell but not have to pay someone else.. have you tried Craigslist.com they have different ones for different cities... just a thought... but if you go with Ebay the charge really isnt to terrible... i just sold something on there for 35.00 and they only get about 3 of it...
