Do you get spywares from PTC Sites?

Say even if its a legit one? im currently experiencing slowness in browsing eversince i visited some PTC sites.

It can be simply solved simply by cleaning Temporary Internet Files and Cookies. Or you can download free registry cleaner to fic the registry problem
