Nowadays there's lots of new high tech gadgets in our markets..And all people wants to have a very high tech gadget...But the best gadget that are so indemand and almost all people all over the have that is cell phone...Cell phone is become one of the necessity of people..They used it fortexting and calling their friends, loveones and for emergency used. You can used it everywhere and anywhere...Cellphones also nowadays can be used for locating other people and has an internet too...But can you imagine if cellphone is not been invented???Is people still stick on older version of ways in communicating other like sending a letter??? Can you live even without a cellphone?Me, for my own opinion, As i can see I can't live without a cellphone. I have my cellphone everywhere i go and when i forgot my cellphone for examplke, i feel i'm incomplete...I used cellphone by means of communication with my loveones and family...specially in case of emergency... In your own opinion, can you live without a cellphone??thank you for your response and happy mylotters!!!

I can definitely live without a cell phone. I have never been dependent on one, and don't have much use for them. I do own one, but rarely use it. Its mostly for emergency situations if I need it. It amazes me how many people are never seen without one. When I was growing up, cell phones weren't around. And today, you see every kid with one, always on them.

Oh yeah. I remember those days of not owning one when I was in school and now there are even elementary school kids that have them thanks to the parents. I personally own one as well but since I didn't pay my bill in time, it finally got shut off not too long ago so for now, am living without one. My mom told me to get the same thing that she got which was get a prepaod card which she paid $100 for a thousand minutes on it. It's t-mobile company that have them/ Now waiting to get a few more check in order to make my payment for my cell bill. It's excruciating already painful to know that i am already missing out on calls from others that tried to contact me.

It is very necessary for everyone to have a cell phone now.i feel very secured to move out with a cell phone as i always keep my parents informed whenever i go out the only place i go out without a cell phone is to my college as it has been prohibited in my college alone for using cell phone.I always used to call up my friends and it is easy for me to keep in touch with them through cell phones and yes if this planet is without a cell phone most of us might have written letter and most of our dearly friends wouldn't been in much touch with us

I could live without a mobile phone. I hardly use the one I have other than to text my Mum, hubby and son and even then that is not that much so I could easily do without it. It is not on contract though so it is not costing me much money to run it.

Apparently, yes. I lost my cellphone the last week of August and I haven't had the opportunity to replace it yet. The only thing I am missing is that I don't get to listen to the radio when I walk. As for connecting with people, I have the internet. I never was addicted to texting so it wasn't a great loss for me when I couldn't go texting anymore. I do miss the ability to talk to people anywhere I am and anytime I want to. I am debating whether I should get an in-between phone that I can use while I'm waiting to see which phone I would actually have to replace the other and how much I'd be willing to shell out. What I can't live without is not the cell phone but the internet. I seriously undergo a withdrawal syndrome if I can't get online at least once or twice a week. It's my connection to the world. The internet has changed my life so much and has made so many people dependent on it that it has now become a necessity. Same with cellphones I think, but I choose the net over the phone. Being able to surf the net with your phone is another issue altogether, albeit a very expensive one.

technically, yes... i can live without it... it's a relief for my budget.. hehehe but we know that it's really helpful these days.. another thing is, it could keep me and m boyfriend in touch always.. and i won't have a hard time looking for him everywhere.. i just have to call him.. that is if his battery is not empty... hehehe

I can't imagine my life without my cellphone. Texting is one of my best way to communicate with my friends and relatives whose far from me. Those whom I wasn't able to be with because of distance. And we usually use cellphone to always keep in touch and let them know we love them. How we care for them that they are always in our hearth. Sometimes we are too shy to show them. But thru texting we can always keep in touch and let them know we always care....

I must be one of the very few( this species is quite rare I guess) who rarely uses the cell phone.Being without it hardly matters.I am at home most of the time there is no signal here so I use only the landline.Even if I happen to go out by myself mostly I forget to carry it with me.I know how everybody is so addicted to their cellphones these days.I am glad it does not affect me at all.

In the present scenario it will be difficult to live without a cellphone. But we can try living without it. Too much of adherence to cell phone causes injuries to the ear. Cell phone usage also promotes laziness to a great extent.

Im ashamed to say, no. Its hard to think how life was before I had my mobile, like how did you get in touch with people when you were out? I remember arranging all plans before I went out and then relying on the other people to be at the meeting point at the right time. I left my mobile phone at home the other week when i went to work and it was really strange, I felt lost and I kept reaching for my mobile on my desk which wasnt there. It sounds so pathetic and it is but thats the way life is going, everyone needs to know what everyone else is doing all day everyday. It is crazy how people love their phones so much and get very protective over them. Its forbidden to take someones phone and just start looking through it. I understand the meaning of a mobile but are they taking over our lives?

they're not taking over our lives, it just cellphone become necessity to most of us..It is way of their communication to their families, loveones, friends and in everything. It became part of their lives everyday..cellphones is your own private things that's why most who had cellphones don't want it to share with others...that's why.. thank you for your comment! happy mylotters!
