Do you think Bux.to is a SCAM or has it just lost the quality?

I have been on this Bux.to on a Referral by a Friend and have been clicking for almost a year now that to without any referrals under me, and have accumulated about $24 in my account.
I have requested Payout almost 5-6 times and i still haven't got paid from them, i've sent them a ticket twice already and all i get is an answer to WAIT.
I have lost hopes of getting a payout from them, don't feel like continuing to click anymore..
Have you been working on clicking links and waiting for 30 seconds plus waiting time for the advertisement to be loaded and have experienced being Scammed by bux.to even after wasting the use of electricity and wished u cud have done something else Productive ..??
What do you have to say about Bux.to?

ok its a bit strange for me i have invested money in bux.to and now i already make profite with it.But i don't recommended any new members join it.
The way of all bux sites doing it is a ticking time bomb.

they way how bux.to let the money circulation in there system it is a way of scaming. They pay there members very late its against there own TOS say.So there are lying. A delay of half year is same like loan some money to the bank with intrest.

dear friend dont loose heart ,they will give payment but they are taking more than 6 months for payment,and one day will come no body will go to this site,it is a biggest disadvantage of the site ,now a days good genuine sites are coming you can work there you will get early payout ,yesterday i have requested one payout to day i got.
