huhu how can I verified my paypal?

I do have credit card and I follow the step but still i have to get the pin...im so confused? what about the eon card? is it connected? my friends help me out please...

You get verified with them, when you add a bank account, along with your credit card, that way if your credit card doesn't go thru, then they will use your bank account you have on file.

Hmmm i just signed up with paypal just a few minutes ago, but i do not have a credit card so i skipped that. I wait for a while when i have my credit card approved. what is eon card? where are you located?

in the philippines...well I just read some discussion regarding that...well I already put my credit card number there...but still nothing
