What in your opinion is a friend but not a friend?

confusing? Ok i'll make it clearer. According to you whom do you conider your friend but he is actually not your friend. Your mind will have some concept about friendship. It is not like we get friends always as we desire. We continue to live with them adjusting. But have you ever come across this situation which frustrated you so much?
