Everything that can go wrong will

Does that law mean we are destined to fail? Seriously, if you think about it, that explains everything (global warming, what not).

I think it depends on the way you think. For the past 6 months I have tried to become more positive and see the good in things. I think better things happen when I think that way.

You are exactly right! Positive thinking brings a much more positive outcome. Likewise, negative thinking is much more likely to bring a negative outcome.

That's not the way I see things myself. I believe that things will turn out the way that will be the most beneficial for me in the long run. Sometimes it seems like things are going wrong, but when I look at it after a period of time, I realize that's the very best thing that could have happened.

Hmmm, I don't know. But I don't think everything will go wrong though. I try to be optimistic about things.
